Mark
MARK (The Grafter)
Mark took over the running of Cedar Preservation in 2025 and has been part of the business for over 16 years and a Director since 2017. Mark is a qualified CSRT Surveyor (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment) and has a wealth of knowledge with Damp Proofing, Timber Decay and Woodworm Treatments alike. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his house renovation project and spending time with his wife, 3 children.



Paul
PAUL (Knowledge King)
Paul has been in the trade for over 40 years and together with his wife Debbie, established Cedar Preservation back in 1993. He has been a fully qualified CSRT surveyor for many years and his knowledge and expertise are widely recognised in the local area building long term relationships with estate agents, contractors, housing associations and local residents. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, gardening and being run ragged by his grandchildren. 


Debbie
DEBBIE (Queen Bee)
Debbie has been a director and vital part of the Cedar Team for over 30 years. She is often the first point of contact for our customers as she is based in the office dealing with enquiries and keeping the company accounts. Debbie is a keen gardener, enjoys cooking and loves to spend time with her family, playing role of "Super Nanny" to her three grandchildren.



Charlotte
CHARLOTTE (Technical Wizard)
Charlotte is the newest Director to join Cedar Preservation, supporting the day to day running alongside husband Mark, based in the office with a focus on finance, admin and marketing. Charlotte is kept busy as a PA to her 3 children and on going house renovation project!
